Affiliate Terms
These Terms were last updated on January 10, 2022.
As an authorized partner ("Partner") of 360HR ("We", "Our", "Us", "360HR"), you agree to the terms contained in this agreement ("Agreement").
Please read the entire Agreement carefully before enrolling in the 360HR Affiliate Program ("Program") and promoting 360HR as an affiliate.
1. Definitions
Affiliate: An individual affiliate marketing expert.
Agreement: The terms and conditions set forth in this document.
We/our/Us: 360HR, a company registered in Germany
Program: The 360HR Partner Program.
2. Approval or rejection of the application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to our program in our sole discretion. You shall have no recourse against Us for the rejection of Your application to the Program.
3. Commissions
Commissions are paid on the 1st of the month on all amounts owed.
There is a limit of one commission per referral link clicked. If someone uses your referral link and purchases multiple accounts, you will only receive commission on the first order.
Payments are only sent for successfully completed transactions. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
There is a 90 day grace period to claim a commission. If the commission is not claimed by the partner within 90 days of a successful transaction, the payment will not be paid out by US.
Commissions only include our pricing plans. You will not receive commissions for in-app purchases such as sponsored job advertisements or subsequently added add-ons.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate enrollment or status in the program for any of the following reasons:
* Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.);
* Spamming (bulk emails, bulk postings in newsgroups, etc.);
* Advertising on websites that contain or promote illegal activities;
* Infringement of intellectual property rights;
* Offering discounts, vouchers or other forms of rebates from your affiliate commission as an incentive, without consulting us and accepting it;
* Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected affiliate fraud;
In addition, we reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate Account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any reason.
5. Affiliate Links
You may use the Content made available by Us on Your website and in Your e-mail messages. You may advertise our website in online and offline classifieds, magazines and newspapers.
You may use creative banners and content provided by us. Alternatively, you may create your own content, so long as it is deemed appropriate by us and does not violate this Agreement.
6. PPC Policy
PPC bids are for the following keywords "360HR", "360HR.io" or any variations of these phrases with our company and/or website name, such as: "360HR Recruitment Software", "360HR ATS", "360HR Applicant Tracking Software", "360HR Applicant Tracking" are not allowed.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any loss of revenue or commissions due to affiliate tracking errors or loss of database files.
We are not liable for the consequences of intentional damage to the program and/or our website.
We make no representations or warranties about the Program and/or the products sold by Us.
We make no claim that the functionality of the Program and/or Our Website will be error-free and We will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
8. The term of the agreement
The term of this Agreement begins when you are accepted into the Program and ends when your affiliate account is terminated.
We reserve the right to update and/or change the terms of this Agreement at any time. If you find any update and/or change to this Agreement unacceptable, your only option is to terminate your Affiliate Account.
Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this Agreement.
9. Release
By accepting this Agreement, you, the Partner, release us and our employees from all liability, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses and expenses arising from any claims related to this Agreement due to negligence, misinterpretation, non-disclosure or willful misconduct of the partner.
10. Electronic signatures effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the Program.
You accept this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained herein by completing our registration process.
This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
